Finding your way around a campaign

    Short answer

Every campaign keeps the same layout: a sidebar grouping research, the Video Studio, ads, content and PR, socials and strategy, with a tick on finished pages and a shimmer on running ones, plus a header on each page holding PDF export, sharing and the creativity level.

A campaign is one business, one brief and everything written from it, and it keeps the same layout whichever page you are on. Learn it once and the rest of the product is a matter of working down the sidebar.

A campaign page where a running Competitor Analysis tab pops and gets a tick, followed by the shared page header and the credit balance
Tabs shimmer while their work runs, pop when it is ready, and every page shares the same header.

    The sidebar, top to bottom

Dashboard is the campaign's home page: what is done, what to try next, and your daily streak.

Research holds the Marketing Brief and the four reports: Competitor Analysis, Market Research, Target Audience and Review Analysis.

Video Studio makes finished ad videos, and carries a Beta label.

Ads has a page per platform: Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok. Banners live on these pages as well.

Content & PR opens into Articles, Email, YouTube, SEO/GEO, PR Campaigns, Media List and Influencer List.

Socials turns one list of ideas into posts for five networks.

Strategy holds personas, positioning and the eleven frameworks, and shows a padlock below the Advance plan.

What the ticks and shimmers mean

A tick next to a page means something has been generated there. A tab that shimmers has work running. That matters most for research, which takes ten to twenty minutes while you get on with other pages. When the work is ready, the tab grows for a moment, gives a small shake and gets its tick, so you notice without watching it.

Waits inside a page show a progress bar with a status line underneath. Most of the lines are jokes. A few of them are accurate.

    The header every page shares

The card at the top of each page names the campaign's website and holds three controls:

    • PDF exports this page or the whole campaign. Sharing and exporting covers the options.
    • Share creates a read-only public link anyone can open.
    • The creativity menu (it reads Standard until you change it) sets how adventurous this section's copy is. Each section keeps its own level.

Your balance and your other campaigns

Credits sit in the top bar on every page. My Campaigns lists everything you have made, and New Campaign starts another, which is the move when you sell something unrelated or need copy in a second language.

    Frequently asked questions

Why does a page show a padlock?

The section belongs to a plan above yours, or it needs an account. Opening it explains what it contains before asking you for anything.

Can I leave a page while something generates?

Research and video keep running on our side, so you can go anywhere, including another campaign. The brief and most text generations finish inside your open tab, so keep the tab open until they land.

Where did the separate blog and social pages go?

They were merged. Blog and PR articles share the Articles page, and the per-network social pages became one Socials page with a checkbox per network. Old links still open.
